Food is amazing, the owner has the best customer service he is so friendly and helps on everything when he is there. Zulma is an amazing lady makes the best food experience ever. I love the caldos on the weekends...and not to mention the pupusas and the fried tilapia. Bless this business
As a Salvadoran-American this place is legit , it's next to a shell gas station but once you go in it looks really neat . You can see the ladies in the back grilling on the stoves. I recommend the pupusas revueltas and empanadas de platano they are legit ! Great price also unlike other pupuserias.

We were in town for an event at the Butler Stadium. We pulled into the gas station to look up restaurants when we found Salva Mex. Don't let the "gas station restaurant vibe" fool you as this is a legit restaurant. The staff was helpful & attentive. We were there for breakfast & ordered a beef fajita quesadilla & bistek ranchero that came w homemade tortillas. DELICIOUS! If we're in the area again, we'll be sure to stop by. Try it! You won't be disappointed!
